Terms of Service
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the dev>nulll website, desktop application and cloud services (together, the “Service”). By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. The Service
dev>nulll is a tool for building Telegram bots without code: a desktop builder with local testing (free), and an optional paid plan that deploys and hosts your bot in the cloud and adds features such as payments, analytics and broadcasts.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and able to form a binding contract to use the Service.
3. Your account and Telegram
Some features require logging in to Telegram. You are responsible for keeping your credentials and machine secure. dev>nulll is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Telegram. Your use of Telegram remains subject to Telegram’s own terms.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service, or build or operate bots, to:
- break any applicable law or regulation;
- send spam, phishing, malware, or unsolicited bulk messages;
- violate Telegram’s Terms of Service or Bot API rules;
- infringe others’ intellectual property or privacy;
- distribute illegal, harmful, hateful or sexually exploitative content;
- attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer for abuse, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or its infrastructure.
5. Your content and bots
You retain ownership of the bot configurations, code and content you create (“Your Content”). You are solely responsible for Your Content and for the bots you build, deploy and operate, including their compliance with all applicable laws and with Telegram’s rules. You grant us the limited rights needed to host and run Your Content when you use the cloud service. You may export your source at any time.
6. Paid plans, billing, cancellation and refunds
- The paid plan is offered on a subscription basis ($19.99 per month, or local equivalent), billed in advance. Payment is made either through Telegram Stars (recurring) or up-front in cryptocurrency through Crypto Pay (CryptoBot).
- Telegram Stars subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from Telegram; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period and you keep access until then.
- Cryptocurrency payments are prepaid for a fixed period and do not renew automatically — access simply ends when the period expires unless you pay again.
- Refunds. Because payments are made through Telegram Stars and through irreversible cryptocurrency transfers, all payments are non-refundable except where a refund is required by mandatory consumer-protection law that applies to you. If you believe you were charged in error, contact support@devnulll.dev and we will review it in good faith.
- We may change pricing with reasonable advance notice; changes apply to the next billing period.
7. Your bots' earnings — we do not touch your money
If the bots you build accept payments (through Telegram Stars), those payments are made directly to you as the bot owner, through Telegram's own systems. dev>nulll does not receive, hold, route, or process your bots' earnings, and is not a payment processor, money-services business, or escrow for them. We only read the payment events your bots already emit and tally them so we can show you revenue statistics. Withdrawals (for example, converting Stars through Fragment) are made by you, directly through Telegram and its partners. Any revenue figures we display are informational estimates; the authoritative balance is the one held by Telegram. You are solely responsible for the tax, accounting and legal treatment of income your bots generate.
8. Free plan
The free plan is provided as-is and may have usage limits (for example, the number of bots). We may change or limit the free plan over time.
9. Intellectual property
The Service, including the dev>nulll software, brand and website, is owned by the operator and protected by law. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service in accordance with these Terms. We do not claim ownership of Your Content.
10. Third-party services
The Service integrates with third parties (such as Telegram, Telegram Stars and Crypto Pay). We are not responsible for third-party services, and your use of them is governed by their own terms.
11. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free or secure.
12. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for loss of profits, data or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold the operator harmless from claims and expenses arising out of Your Content, your bots, or your breach of these Terms or of applicable law.
14. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or use the Service in a way that creates risk or legal exposure. On termination, the licences granted to you end; sections that by their nature should survive will survive.
15. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the operator’s country of residence, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be subject to the competent courts of that jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer-protection law of your own country of residence grants you additional rights or a different forum.
16. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version here and update the “Last updated” date. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
